Scott Ward – CEO and President of Ward Real Estate & Development: Remember when your word meant something and when honest Americans struck deals over a firm handshake? So does Scott Ward, and he maintains those values in everything he does—from researching land and determining its value to participating in student ministries and coaching at the Chandler/ Gilbert Family YMCA.

Scott is always been a “shoot from the hip” kind of man, focusing on accuracy, honesty, and quality. This job is too important not to focus on those aspects. After all, Scott is a family man with four kids and his wife of 19 years, so he develops subdivisions and communities that he’d want his own family to live in.

His passion for community and family goes far beyond on Ward Developments, though. He also believes in giving back. That’s why he’s on the board of the Chandler/Gilbert Family YMCA, the Hamilton Sports Booster, and the Maricopa County Flood Control group. He’s also incredibly active with Chandler Christian Church.
